BIOGRAPHY

Born in Rome, the 24th February 1955

He starts being involved in the film and theatre world at the age of 8 years, as a child actor. He works with Visconti, Strehler, De Sica, Pietrangeli, Zurlini, Bolchi and other authors and directors.

His engagement with the advertising film-industry begins in the late ‘70th. In the very beginning he works as an assistant for art department and wardrobe. Later he becomes assistant director for italian and international well-know commercial directors : Giulio Paradisi, Enrico Sannia, Alfredo Angeli, Rick Levine, Bruce Dowad, Dick McNeil…
Before starting to direct his first own commercials in 1984 he matures an experience in the role of producer.

Eversince and until nowadays he shot more than hundred commercials for prestigious brands ( just to name a few : Barilla, Kodak, Superga, Opel, Telecom) A lot of them bring him great recognition of the international advertising industry (Cannes, New York Film Festival, London Film Festival, Clio, Moebius, Epica, Anipa, Art Directors Club, SpotItalia, ecc…).
